What is the price of a new patio?
The price of your patio will depend on many factors including the materials you choose, the size and shape of your patio area, the existing patio/groundwork, the level of groundwork preparation required and drainage requirements. Do you install paths and steps?

Do you refurbish patios?
Yes, we can help refurbish your existing patio. Patio refurbishment projects can include cleaning, replacing damaged blocks or slabs, re-sealing your patio, repairs to steps or walls. If your patio is uneven we may need to lift the existing slabs or blocks and do some groundwork, before relaying your patio. Please contact us for a quotation and to discuss your requirements.
Do you install patio features and patterns?
Yes, we can install patio features and patterns. Please speak to us at the point of quotation and we can discuss options and show you examples of our work. Including a pattern or feature in your garden patio can lift it to another level. The most popular pattern options include Herringbone, random, runner or ashlar. How long will my new patio last?
The lifespan of your patio will depend on the type of material used. Another factor for the lifespan of your new patio is the quality of the installation and groundwork when the patio is installed. Ensuring appropriate drainage is in place is also very important. All of our work is guaranteed for 10 years although you can expect your new patio to last far longer than this provided it is well maintained. Please ask us at the point of providing a quotation for advice on the longevity of your newly installed patio and we will be happy to discuss.
Will parts of my patio sink?
Providing the appropriate groundwork has been done and correct drainage is installed you should not experience problems with your patio sinking. All of our patio work is guaranteed for 10 years.
What maintenance is required for my new patio?
Maintenance for your patio is fairly minimal. All that is required is to regularly sweep your patio with a stiff brush to keep it free of dirt and debris and occasionally hose the patio down with water. Use a pressure washer infrequently and with care. Keep your patio weed free. Remove weeds by hand or for more stubborn weeds use a water based weed killer, removing dead leaves once they have died off and turned brown. If your patio is sealed you will need to reapply this at the recommended frequency.
